Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source through authorised Korean distributors and keep stock in the UAE. If you ever want to verify a batch code, email us and we will show you the paperwork for that specific lot.
How fast is delivery?
1–2 working days in Dubai and Sharjah, 2–4 days for the other emirates. Full detail on our Shipping & Returns page.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in the UAE, with a 10 AED handling fee. We also accept card, Apple Pay and Tabby.

Can I use retinol and acids together?
Not on the same night, and not when you are starting out. Use acids two or three evenings a week, retinol on different evenings, and give your skin a rest night between them. If your skin starts stinging or peeling, stop the actives and run barrier cream only for a week.
Do I really need sunscreen indoors in the UAE?
If you are near a window or driving, yes. Brightening work undone by UV exposure is the single most common reason a routine stops showing results. SPF 50 every morning is the whole protocol.
Is Korean skincare safe during pregnancy?
Many products are, but retinol and high-strength acids are usually avoided. We are not doctors — check anything you are unsure about with your own physician, and tell us what you need to avoid so we can suggest alternatives.
What sizes does KAVO come in?
S to XL, cut in the relaxed Korean silhouette, which runs roomier than European sizing. Check the size guide before ordering.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Skincare, yes — usually within two to three weeks. KAVO drops are limited and generally do not return in the same colourway.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Not yet. GCC shipping is on our list.
