Delivery across the UAE
We ship from inside the UAE, so your order does not wait at customs.
- Dubai and Sharjah: 1–2 working days
- Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain: 2–3 working days
- Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah: 2–4 working days
Shipping cost
- Orders over 200 AED — free delivery
- Orders under 200 AED — 20 AED flat rate
- Cash on delivery — available, 10 AED handling fee
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. Orders placed after 4pm are picked the next working day. We do not dispatch on Fridays.
Returns
Skincare is a hygiene category, so the rules are strict and we would rather be clear than generous-sounding.
- Unopened skincare: returnable within 7 days of delivery, in original sealed packaging.
- Opened skincare: not returnable, unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.
- KAVO clothing: returnable within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
- Devices: returnable within 7 days if the seal is intact.
If something arrives wrong or damaged
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including the return shipping. No argument, no restocking fee.
How to start a return
Email a.krbeautyae@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will send a collection label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of the parcel reaching us.
